Uno Pizzaria and Grill in Oaks

Great place to have lunch or dinner they offer a lot on there menu my girlfriend took me there cause I was never there and it was a great time and food was amazing we will be going more often

The service at the Oaks Restaurant was good the food I did not enjoy as much as when I go to the Exton location. They all use the same recipes but it just did not taste as good at the Oaks location. I got French onion soup and all it was was a crock pot full of croutons with soaked up all the soup in the broth and I just did not enjoy it. The Taste was good but it was just like eating a cup full of soggy bread

This place is awesome. Don't think of it as just another Unos, they really are a great local restruant. They have an awesome local beer menu that rotates this alone is wotlrth the visit. They also have a party room which you can use for large groups. They host regualy special events that are amazing. Don't just assume you know what this Unos has to offer. It is a great place!

Great food, and the service is excellent. They've done a lot to insure customer safety.

We went on a Saturday a week after the Time change and it was pretty busy at 6 pm! And typical of the area there was a long wait. We had a large group and eventually were seated and orders taken. The pizzas that were ordered were good, nothing sensational. The dinners that were ordered, all the individuals enjoyed. The management handled the overflow of people well and as quickly as possible. Suppose for all our experience was good. Not exceptional certainly not poor, a solid 3 stars.

Today I attempted to place a large order for healthcare workers at the Phoenixville Hospital in Phoenixville Pennsylvania and much to my dismay, I was told by one of their team members and than the manager Tom; that they could not take an order by phone and the only way would be to do it through Door Dash or Uber eats. What a disheartening thing to see from this franchise that we have always loved. I will never again give my business to you, and I will be sure to tell others how you showed no appreciation for these healthcare workers.

What happened to the Fireball Whisky Barbecue Chicken Melt?? I wish it was still on the menu.

New Jersey has better pizza than Chicago does!! But, still... Great food. Great place. Id still like to go back again!

We ordered the Windy City large pizza and the special flat bread which were excellent. The biggest drawback was we both ordered root beer. It was watery and very flat. I could visually pass a weakened ice tea. The server was new and trying to make things right by replacing our drinks with new but the issue was that the product needed to be swapped for a fresh syrup box. We will go back but only drink water.

Ive enjoyed Uno every time that I've been here. Probably 4-6 visits. I honestly don't know why I don't come here more. The pizza is great. Lobster rolls are great as well as other things that I have had there. Also their beer and drink list is better than most restaurants of this type. The service has always been very good and the most recent visit was excellent.

Often an underrated places. This isn't a place that should have super high expectations, but a really nice bar and great inexpensive food! Come on Happy Hour if you like a fun, cheap, and tasty place to visit and you won't be disappointed. They have very nice app choices (love the crab dip), and for bar pizza, I think it tastes awesome! Their drink menu is quite impressive too, as they have plenty of choices. Love this place, and it's local to me, so my friends and I love to go during Happy Hour all the time.

Lobster and shrimp scampi was very good.

Always good food. A great variety of toppings. I just wish the prices were a little less. Since we each wanted something different we got our own personal pizzas... But then spent almost $ 50 for 3 people.Next time we'll get one pizza to share... Maybe

I ordered spinach and artichoke dip and a brownie from Uno through Door Dash. The dip was so cold - I'm not someone who wants steaming hot food but without reheating it I couldn't eat. I understand there are limitations with travel but I'm a ten minute drive from the restaurant and ultimately what I receive is branded as Uno so it bears notation. The brownies were great!

Ate here for the first time and really enjoyed the chicken scampi pasta! The deep dish pizza was tasty but the crust on the bottom was a little hard, however the thick tomato sauce is a nice addition to the pizza. We ordered the individual sizes which are very filling! Service can be a little slow though.

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE SUNDAE - delicious brownie made with Ghirardelli chocolate chips, vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, chocolate sauce, whipped cream with a cherry on top, the best I had so far.

Friendly service, and the food was fantastic!I'll be honest, it's been years since I've been to an Uno, and I shouldn't have waited so long.Prices were fair, food quality was spot on, and management as well as service at the bar was better than expected.I'll gladly return!

We were very impressed by the efforts made by their manager, Tom, and our waitstaff, Tara. Pizzeria Uno supports our community, and we were looking forward to dining here. They were busy, yet the manager came to our table to support his staff. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and he was ready to pitch in and help accommodate us. Appetizers and beverages arrived promptly, and by that time, our waitress was caught up & ready to place our order. Our entrees came promptly and both the manager & our waitress checked on us. Tom & Tara, I couldn’t be more impressed! Your customer service was extraordinary, and I appreciate all the efforts you made. Thank you!

I love their pizza. Deep dish only but the last time I was there it wasn't good. Other times it was great so I'm not sure if they changed their cooking staff

Mixed reviews for this place. The pasta options were awful! Had to send the pasta back because it had no flavor. Get pizza instead!

Been here a few times over the past 3 years or so. Pizza can be good or not so good. Personally I'm not a big fan of the crust/doe of their Chicago deep dish pizza. Tried their new Chicago Fire pizza and did not like it at all. Too much chicken and the sauce was not good (it's not their normal sauce). They try to make a pizza taste like hot wings and it just doesn't work, in my opinion. Otherwise, soups are excellent. They have everything from pizza to pasta dishes to burgers, although I didn't sample them all.

7/18 6:30 reservation: Great experience-- service was great! Jeanine (I think? Maybe Ginny? Sorry I forget) was a great waitress. Good timing, checked in frequently, knowledgeable, personable. And, all during a pandemic. As someone who leads a team and runs a business in the customer service industry, I value great services... and adapting to new procedures and lots of unknowns during a pandemic can be tough... so having great service is something worth noting these days! The manager stopped by to check on us as well. Seemed like CDC protocols were being managed well. And, of course, the food was great. Great job Jeanine!

Very accommodating, helpful & friendly staff! I love all their seasonal specials, as well as their all the tried & true menu items. They stayed open, doing take out, throughout our lockdown, so I feel a loyalty to continue to support & celebrate them. Now, at our green phase, you can dine in or outside & see how they safely continue on their level of hospitality, great food & customer service! Uno's has my vote this year & every year!

I was looking forward to checking this local place out as I was in town for work, and as lot of the reviews talked about the great service and food. Maybe it was an off night for the place, but service was not great and the food was decent but I wouldn't call it great. On a not-very-busy Tuesday night it took almost 10 minutes for a server to take a drink order from me, and when my food came I had to ask for napkins and silverware even though I ordered a deep dish pizza. The woman who was the manager was the only good service in the place, she actually asked how my meal was going and if I needed anything, which was a shame. I could've stayed for another drink but honestly didn't want to have to wait for my waiter to finally notice both my water and beer glasses were empty and come over to ask about either of them. The manager needs to instill her serving ethic in the kids on wait staff.

At the first moment you arrive in that place the stuff gives you an enjoyable feeling. Very warm hosts, it is a friendly place to hang out with friends and colleagues or with your date. Great cuisine, talented chief cook and stuff, comfortable cost and attentive service. Warmly recommended.

It's an Uno Pizzeria so you know what to expect atmosphere and menu wise. The service was great and the location is easy to get to with plenty of parking.

I am impressed! Great place to eat. Food is spectacular. Sports is on TV, and the outdoor seating is amazing! The staff is also really great. The building is taken care of (I definitely saw that), and even though the wait is sometimes crazy long, it’s definitely worth it. I will definitely have to come back here.

We came to this place for dinner. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. the staff members were so friendly and we felt excellent. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Food was very good and their chocolate cake is delicious. One complaint was I didn't receive my salad until after my entree. Nothing major.

The food was wonderful! The atmosphere was great! And they were wonderful to my 2yo child.

It's good but expensive. Plan on paying $20 a plate for dinner and a soft drink. Kids eat free on Tuesday though so knock off a $5 kids meal for each adult plate you buy. The food is always good, the deep dish pizzas are what makes the experience. Nice atmosphere and there are outdoor games for the kiddos or adults. The music is soft enough to facilitate a conversation which is good. Kids get crayons and a coloring mat.

Seasonal menu and as well as classics leaves good options, friendly staff, clean and comfortable seating around the bar. I've enjoyed the last several visits and plan to return. Couple salads, Several pizza styles.

Large, confusing menu, supplemented by a new three page vegetarian-vegan addition. Much of the type is very small. Food really tasty, with very large portions. Noise level quite tolerable.

Excellent all-around service. While we do love the pizza from UNO, the service at this location is as good as the pizza. Very customer focused & accommodating. the managers are ready to help. had a unique request for my ordering (needed to use Uber pick-up) and they helped with honoring their ongoing promotions. They make delicious pizza that is we enjoy, provide excellent service that makes the entire experience perfect!

The manager was extremely kind and well-mannered.
